Estimates & quotes
Figures shown on this site (including on the Pricing page) are typical starting ranges for illustration and are not binding quotes. A binding quote is only issued in writing after an on-site or documented assessment of your specific job.
Scheduling
Appointment times are estimates and may shift due to permitting, weather, or prior jobs running long. We'll notify you as soon as we're aware of a delay.
Licensing
Elder Electric Inc. holds California electrical contractor license C-10 #1094827. All work is performed by, or under the direct supervision of, a licensed electrician.
Limitation of liability
Except where prohibited by law, Elder Electric's liability for any claim arising from work performed is limited to the amount paid for that specific job. We are not liable for pre-existing conditions not disclosed prior to work beginning.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.

We stand behind our work. This policy explains what's covered and how to reach us if something isn't right.
Workmanship warranty
All labor is covered by a 2-year workmanship warranty from the date of completion. If a covered installation fails due to a defect in our workmanship, we will repair it at no additional labor charge.
What's not covered
- Damage caused by third parties, power surges from utility issues, or acts of nature
- Normal wear and tear on materials and fixtures
- Manufacturer defects in customer-supplied fixtures or equipment (covered by the manufacturer's own warranty)
Deposits & cancellations
Deposits collected for material-heavy jobs (such as panel upgrades) are refundable if you cancel before materials are ordered. Once materials are ordered for your specific job, the deposit covers those costs and is non-refundable.
How to request service under warranty
Contact us at info@elderelectric.org or (858) 945-5365 with your job details. We aim to schedule warranty visits within 5 business days.
